Dear Maryann,
Every year we have an adult grab bag, with a set amount for each of us. We all thought that so much of the stuff is just senseless. This Christmas, our family opted for a grab bag free of senseless "stuff" but full of hope. The Portable Playhouse was the organization selected from our grab bag this year. All of us agreed this was the best gift ever!! Thank you for your self-less efforts.
Cordially,

I wanted to thank you for making my 8 year old son very happy. When you visited him in St. Barnabas he was very down. The making of a necklace you had helped him to create has given him ideas of wanting to make jewelry and even other crafts for children and adults that are ill. Michael has Tourette Syndrome and you helped bring out his creativity. He sleeps with the necklace on. He wants to be able to help the Tourette Association in their quest for a cure and this is setting him off in the right direction. Thank you.

Annie,
You came into Christa's room this morning (Robert Wood Johnson NJ) and made our little girl happy with her bead bracelet. Thank you for your kindness, your energy, and your dedication. May you go far and touch more lives, you touched ours today, we wont forget it.
Fondly,
Christa’s parents,
Cheryl and Pete
I just wanted to write a note to say thank you for bringing your beads to Robert Wood and The Children’s Specialized Hospitals. When you first came into Michele’s room at Robert Wood, she just lit up. She loves crafts and seeing all the pretty beads brought a big smile to her face. Not only was the therapeutic for her spirit, but it was a great opportunity for her to use her right hand, which up to this point she had not been able to use. She spent more than an hour making her anklet and while we all offered to help her, she insisted on making the entire thing herself. She was very proud of her anklet and showed it off to all her nurses and guests. I cannot thank you enough for helping to keep Michele’s spirits high, for giving her something to show off, and giving her confidence in herself. When Michele is happy, she can do anything, and when Michele is smiling, everyone around her is smiling. You have done so much for all of us, THANK YOU!
Sincerely, Frank and Nancy
Dear Mary Ann,
My husband Mike and I wish to thank you for stopping by and visiting our daughter Trilby during a very long day at Hackensack Hospital yesterday. Your presence made her testing go faster and gave her two sweet reminders of how brave she was. I told her they were her "medals" for getting through so many tests in one day. You not only brought a smile to her face but also to ours. By talking with us and telling us your story, you helped us to focus on something other than a scary day. God gives us all a different talent. I'm so glad that you are using yours to help sick children.
Sincerely Yours,
Holly Norton
